I authorize Akoko-Nan to communicate with my referring agency, social worker/case worker, attorney, or court when applicable about my enrollment, attendance, participation, progress, and completion.
Registration alone does not establish attendance, active participation, or completion.
Participants are expected to attend from a safe location, keep their camera on with their face visible, participate in the group, and not attend while driving. Completion requires 16 attended sessions.
I will respect the privacy of other participants and will not share their personal information or what they discuss in group outside the class.
